Shipping policy

Marlor Jewelry ships via US Mail and UPS to the United States and Canada. At this time, Marlor Jewelry does not offer international shipping. Most orders are processed the same day (between Monday & Friday, excluding all major US holidays). If orders can not be processed within a timely manner, we will contact you to explain the reason.

 

Shipping Costs

Marlor Jewelry offers free Ground shipping on all orders of $300.00 or more when shipping within the United States and Canada. All orders under $300.00 will incur a $20.00 shipping fee. Any items to be shipped for next day delivery will incur a $30.00 shipping fee.

 

Local Pickup

To place an order for pickup, select "Pick up" instead of "Ship" under Delivery Options on the first page at checkout.

Please note that at this time our site is unable to support the local pickup option if you choose PayPal, GPay or ShopPay as your payment method. For local pickup orders, please check out with a credit or debit card.

Orders for pickup will be ready within 24 hours with the exception of closed days and holidays. All in store pick up is available during regular store hours. Bring your confirmation email and picture ID when you come to collect your order. Please call ahead for alternative party/person pick up, 715-831-6303.
