Jewelry Return Policy
If, for any reason, you decide not to keep the jewelry you purchased from Marlor Jewelry, you may return it to our store location within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and receive a full refund or store credit.
In the case of a refund, if the purchase was made by credit card, your account will be credited at the time of the return. Once we issue a credit card refund, please allow a few business days for the money to show up in your account. If the purchase was made by cash or check, we will mail a check to you for the full amount of the purchase price within thirty (30) days.
Customized pieces are not eligible for exchangers or returns. Alterations to customized products may be available, please contact us to discuss options.
Any items purchased with special packaging or documents (e.g. GIA certificate, etc.) must have the special packaging and/or documents upon its return. Any item to be returned without the packaging and/or documents may be ineligible for return or exchange, or you may be charged a fee to replace the missing or damaged packaging and/or special documents.
Trade In & Trade Up Policy
If you wish to trade in and trade up a loose diamond or pair of stud earrings that you purchased from Marlor Jewelry, upon confirmation that the diamond or diamonds are not damaged, presentation and verification of all original paperwork the purchaser of record will receive 100% of the purchase price of the diamond(s) in trade value. Laboratory grown diamonds are not eligible for this policy.
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all shipping charges to return items to us. We will not credit you for shipping expenses unless we have made an error in the shipment to you, or the item is defective, please contact us before shipping the items back to us by calling, 715-831-6303.
All returns should be shipped via a trackable service (USPS, UPS, Fedex). We strongly suggest you insure the package. We can not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. Keep all tracking numbers until we have received your return as we will not refund you without proof of delivery.
